At 1,700 metres, this launch sits high on Babadağ's upper slopes and is served directly by the cable car. It is the sweet spot between the standard 1200m takeoff and the summit: noticeably longer flights and bigger views, while remaining fully accessible to tandem passengers.

A tandem flight from 1700m typically lasts 25–35 minutes. From this height you see far beyond Ölüdeniz — on clear days the view stretches along the Turquoise Coast toward Fethiye bay and out to the islands.
Thermal activity is stronger at this level, which experienced pilots use to extend the flight, climb higher and, if you wish, mix in dynamic turns before the long glide down to the beach.
The Babadağ cable car makes the 1700m station one of the most accessible high launches in the world — a scenic ride of about 15–20 minutes from the base station near Ölüdeniz. Our team handles tickets, timing and equipment, so your only job is to enjoy the view on the way up.
